Integrity
Integrity acts as the walls and the roof and holds everything together upon the base of the house.
Integrity
“Leadership begins not when others trust you, but when you trust yourself” - Frances X Frei
The walls and the roof is what holds everything together upon the base of the house.
A persons power and probability of achieving their goals in life is in direct relationship to their level of integrity. What stops us from achieving our goals, is often our lack of trust and integrity with ourselves. Because if we can't trust in the promises we make to ourselves, how can we expect anyone to trust in the promises we make to them? We need to first build integrity within ourselves before building it with others.
But what does integrity mean? In this context, it’s to do as we say and say as we do, when we say we will do it. A state of being whole or undivided Integrity is important because it builds trust. And trust is the foundation to every relationship.
To really be a person of our word takes work. Takes consciousness attentiveness, effort, attention, love and courage. And can so easily be lost.
I am sure I am not alone in suggesting a change to a call time, one hour prior to a call.
