Integrity Recovery

Integrity is violated if you are not released from your word and you don’t keep your word. Do not manipulate the other person to release you from it.

  • I ask you to release me from the word I gave with regard to….” Continue fluently with step 2-3-4 than deal with the response you get

  • If you do not release me from my word then I will continue honouring and keeping it

  • The reason for asking you to be released is….

  • I offer to make good any possible damage that might be caused if you accept to release me from our agreement.

Broken Word:

  • Step 1: (name of person) I sincerely apologise for having broken my word. Can you accept my apology?

  • Step 2: From now on I promise to… / can expect from me...

  • Step 3: Is there anything I can do to make up for any possible damage / loss caused?

  • Step 4: Speak to higher self and apologise to yourself

  • Step 5: From now on I can expect from me….

  • Step 6: Is there anything I can do to make up any possible damage?

  • When speaking to your higher self if you find yourself encountering a block 1. What could I let go of here? 2. What could I acknowledge here? 3. What could I decide in order to be able to forgive myself?

Hitch

  • Step 1: Give yourself credit for what you achieved. You didn’t achieve the whole thing, but you did everything you could.

  • Step 2: Name the person, I sincerely apologise for having broken my word. Can you accept my apology?

  • Step 3: Reflect and decide whether or not you want to recommit and renew your word. (If yes, take into consideration to everything you have learnt and set a new milestone)

  • Step 4: Is there anything I can do to make up for any possible damage that may have occurred?

Emergency

  • Step 1: Communicate the emergency as soon as you can to all partners in the agreement

  • Step 2: Find the best method to contain any damage and apply it

  • Step 3: Complete the broken word or word hitch using the related procedures

  • Step 4: Request to be released from your word (have to be willing to keep your word)
